Andrew Wood - Organisational Resilience Consultant

Organisational resilience is a key attribute of any organisation.  Long-term success depends on having clear strategies, successfully implemented.   However, survival depends on having the capability and capacity to anticipate adversity, robust measures to reduce the likelihood of those events occurring and effective responses to incidents that threaten the achievement of corporate objectives.

As a Chartered Engineer with over 27 years experience of project, risk, business continuity and crisis management, 10 years of which have been at the corporate level of a FTSE 100 company, I can help your organisation, and your people, develop the resilience necessary to withstand the unexpected.

I have practical experience of identifying risks and developing management solutions across a wide range of industry sectors including central government, critical national infrastructure, defence, aviation, rail, nuclear, marine, education, healthcare, custodial services and IT.  Some examples of how I can support you are listed on the Services page.

On the Documents page, you will find more than 50 documents describing organisational resilience, business processes and project management.  A number of White Papers on the resilience of critical national infrastructure are also available.  Register as a member to access the complete set.
